I've been playing MOH 2010 two or three months ago and as far as I remember there were couple servers available. Not much but still enough to find a place to play.
In this very moment there are 5 fully populated servers, 4 of them are EU-based. No its a seperate application in the MoH folder find it in your harddrive Program files - Electronic arts - Medal of Honor - MP folder(its in there). It's more than OK if your IQ is above average.
I mean if you are able to: - switch other weapons than AK103/EBR/762 or other which you are attached to, - shoot with ADS, - use proper tactics, NOT CAMPING or CORNERING, - play objective and co-op with your FTB, If you feel familiar with those rules you will find MOHW as most entertaining and intense FPS shooter around. After gettin' some experience with BF3, 4, COD and CS GO all I can say is.
