We've never booked half board at the Asterias: there are so many excellent eating places, big and small, round the Marina that we've tended to choose the kind and amount of food we want to eat and then go to whichever that one is at that particular time.
But I'm sure the management at the Asterias will be happy to answer your question if you email them. The same goes for the dining around allowance, but it's good to be able to sign at any of the restaurants and have the bill simply added to your hotel bill.
